Ingredients:

For the bread:

  • Plain flour – 2 cups
  • Milk powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Instant yeast – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Butter (Melted) – 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Warm milk – as required

For the stuffing:

  • Organic Chicken (minced) – ½ cup
  • Onion (chopped) – half cup
  • Black pepper (powder) – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – as required
  • Ginger garlic (paste) – 1 tablespoon
  • Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup – quarter cup
  • Japanese mayonnaise – quarter cup

Instructions:

For the bread:

  1. Take a bowl and add all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix it properly.
  3. Make space in the middle of the bowl and add warm milk slowly.
  4. Add butter and mix the butter in the milk with your hands.
  5. Add more milk if needed and knead the dough properly.
  6. Knead it for five minutes, then cover the bowl and let it rest for 60 minutes at room temperature.

For the stuffing:

  1. Heat a pan on medium flame.
  2. Add two tablespoons of oil and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Simmer it for two minutes.
  4. Add minced organic chicken and fry it for five minutes.
  5. Cook the chicken till it turns white and adds salt.
  6. Add cumin powder and chopped onions and stir it.
  7. Add black pepper powder and soy sauce, keep stirring for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
  8. Once it is cooked, turn the flame off and let it cool aside.

For arranging and baking:

  1. Dust some flour on a clean area in your kitchen.
  2. Knead the dough a little more and make two portions of it.
  3. Make a ball-like structure of both portions.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Use a roller on the balls to flatten them widely.
  6. Spread ketchup and Japanese mayonnaise on the flattened bread with the help of a brush.
  7. Put the stuffing in line on the right side of the bread.
  8. Pick the bread from the side right side and roll it over the stuffing.
  9. Roll it very carefully.
  10. Take a baking tray and put parchment paper on it. You can also cover it with oil if you don’t have parchment paper.
  11. Put both the rolls on the tray and slightly mark it all over with a fork.
  12. Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes.
  13. After it has been baked, cut the bread in equal portions.
  14. Put ketchup and mayonnaise in a piping bag and garnish the bread with it.
