How to make Organic Chicken Manchurian with Vegetable fried rice.

Ingredients:

For frying the chicken :

Organic boneless chicken (cut in cubes) – 1kg

Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves

Salt – half teaspoon

Plain flour- 1 and a 1/2 tablespoon

Black pepper – half teaspoon

Egg – 1

For sauce:

Green onion (finely chopped) – 1

Capsicum (chopped) – 1

Corn flour – 2 tablespoon

Tomato Ketchup – 4 tablespoon

Chili Garlic sauce – 4 tablespoon

Red chili spice – 1 teaspoon

Lemon (squeezed) – 1

Salt – half teaspoon

Black pepper – 1 teaspoon

Garlic cloves (chopped) – 4

Pineapple rings – 2

white pepper – 1 teaspoon

Oil – 3 tablespoon

For rice:

Rice (soak in water for an hour) – 2 cups

capsicum (thinly cut in long strips) – 2

Cabbage (thinly cut) – half cup

Carrots (thinly sliced) – 2

Green onion (chopped) – 4

Corn – 2 tablespoon

Oil – 4 tablespoon

Chicken (cut in small slices) – half cup

Salt – half teaspoon (for boiling the rice)

Egg yolk (whisked properly) – 2

Button red chili – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – half teaspoon

Garlic – 1

Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon

Salt – half a teaspoon

Chinese salt – half teaspoon

Vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Instructions for the organic chicken Manchurian:

  1. Take a bowl and add chicken, black pepper, salt, and garlic cloves in it and mix properly.
  2. Add flour to the bowl and keep mixing it.
  3. Crack the egg in a separate bowl and whisk it nicely.
  4. Now, add the stirred add in the bowl with chicken and mix it again.
  5. Take a frying pan and add oil to it.
  6. Once it is hot enough add the chicken cubes one by one and fry it.
  7. Once the chicken is light brown, take it out in a tray with tissue paper on it so it absorbs excess oil.
  8. Now to make the sauce, take a deep saute pan and add oil to it.
  9. Add garlic and saute it.
  10. Once the garlic is sauteed, add capsicum, green onions, pineapple rings, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, and white pepper.
  11. Once the previous items have sauteed, add ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, and two tablespoons of water so it cooks properly.
  12. Keep stirring.
  13. Once it has cooked, add the organic chicken we previously fried.
  14. Add corn-flour in a separate bowl with two tablespoons of water and mix it properly
  15. Now, add the corn-flour to the chicken to create a thick consistency and stir it nicely.
  16. Cook for two more minutes and turn the flame off.

Instructions to make vegetable fried rice:

  1. Take a deep big pan and 4 cups of water to it.
  2. Add salt and let it dissolve in the water.
  3. Once the water is warm, add rice and mix it slightly.
  4. Cover the pan until the water is dried.
  5. Add two tablespoons of vinegar and leave it for 10 minutes
  6. Once the rice is ready, take it out in a dish so it cools off.
  7. Take a saute pan and add oil and garlic to it.
  8. Saute the garlic and add chicken to it and let it cook for a while.
  9. Once the chicken turns white, add salt and carrots (because carrots take time to soften)
  10. Then add capsicum, green onions and mix them properly.
  11. Once these vegetables have fried, add corn and cabbage together.
  12. Keep stirring.
  13. Slide the vegetables to one side and add the egg yolks to the other and fry like a scrambled egg.
  14. Mix everything and add button chilli powder, black pepper, Chinese salt, soya sauce, and vinegar.
  15. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the boiled rice and mix everything carefully.
  16. Your vegetable fried rice is ready!
