How to cook organic Lamb Karahi

Their life simply revolves around food. One of their dishes and all-time favorites is a lamb karahi, also known as the ‘Dumba’ karahi.
In this post, we will talk about how to make organic lamb karahi with all the ingredients and benefits of organic lamb. 

Recipe for Organic Lamb Karahi

Ingredients:

*Organic lamb meat (Fat – 300 grams) – 1 kg into medium-sized pieces
 
*Salt – according to your taste
 
*Tomatoes (chopped) – 150 grams
 
*Garlic paste – 2 1/2 tablespoons
 
*ginger paste – 1 1/2 tablespoons
 
*green chilies – 5 or 6 green chilies
 
*Red chili powder (or red chili flakes) – according to your taste
 
*Oil – as desired
 
*Black pepper – 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

1 – First of all you have to take a round karahi (a pot, sauce-pan, or casserole in English). You have to place it on fire for around two to three minutes so that it gets warm.
2- Then, in that pot, you have to put that 1 kg of organic lamb chopped into the medium-sized pieces with a fat quantity of 300 grams.
3- Now, add salt according to your taste in it, but mostly a 1/2 tablespoon is used at first, and then add around two cups of water.
4- Mix it very well now for 2 minutes, then put it on a high flame for 15 minutes and wait until all the water evaporates.
5- Now after 15 minutes, you will see that the fat will start to melt. Mix it well for some time.
6- Add 3-4 chopped green chilies, 3-4 chopped tomatoes.
7- Add around 1 tablespoon of red chili powder or red chili flakes
8- Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste, or you can mix the ginger and garlic paste in water and add the water mixture altogether. 
9- Cover the pot now for 5 minutes.
10- After 5 minutes, remove the skin of the tomatoes and cover the pot and cook for 12 more minutes on medium flame.
10- After that, open up the pot and cook on a medium flame for 10 more minutes, mix it very well now to get better results.
11- Add one tablespoon of black pepper and garnish the organic lamb karahi by using the small chopped pieces of ginger coriander and green chilies.

Your homemade lamb karahi is ready to eat. You can enjoy the lamb karahi with a slice of bread or tortilla.
