Nowadays, mostly the meat is not fresh in terms of quality, and people tend to forget about the benefits of fresh and organic meat. There are artificial methods through which meat farming is done in many regions of the world. A lump of fresh organic meat has its own authentic taste, flavor, and smell that it passes on to the lamb karahi making it even better.
