Get Adequate amounts of sleep every day.

A night of quality night sleep is essential in maintaining vibrant-looking skin. Getting at least     8 hours of sleep per day can help the cells to rejuvenate and it can also allow more room for the body to repair itself. Since the damaging effects of dust, free radicals, dirt, and stress may significantly create ripples in your skin, you must get a good quality sleep at night.

You can also complement this routine by taking advantage of skincare practices. Always wash your face before going to bed and make sure to remove any unwanted substances like makeup residue before you sleep.

Take some sips of Green Tea

There is research that shows that taking small sips of green tea extracts before going to bed can fend off unwanted skin conditions and promote extensive healing. Do not overexpose yourself to too much sunlight.

Although sunlight is good in the early hours of the morning, it is practically dangerous to overexpose yourself to it since it can cause discoloration and wrinkling. Moreover, the sun’s UV rays can increase the likelihood of skin cancers if you are exposed to it for prolonged periods of time. Always remember that the sunlight is good for you but too much of it is dangerous.

You can apply sunblock if sunlight exposure is inevitable. Look for a sunblock product with an SPF label to ensure that you will get the most protection from UV light.

Look for Water-Based Hair products.

The hair produces some trace amounts of oil, especially during the day. Using oil-based hair products should be avoided since it will contribute to clog build-up and will attract more dirt into the scalp and the face. You can try buying water-based hair products instead since they can easily be washed off.

Always take note that your skincare routine should also align with the type of hair product you are using. Avoid products that have excess chemical ingredients and look for organic ones.

Wash your face two times a day

Washing your face at least twice a day can help improve your skin and help fend off clogged pores build-up. Water and a non-irritating skin product will do with just the right amounts of application.
